handle, follow and resolve customer’s queries, requests and complaints in a
TSSC Train The Assessor (TSSC TTA) Program has been launched by TSSC to give a comprehensive training to Assessors to be able to conduct quality assessments for the telecom sector.
This is a hybrid program which includes TSSC TTA Online Digital Program followed by a Personal Contact Workshop/ Skype Session.
